Add-on: Ford GT V0.98 released

We needed some time, but the update for the Ford GT add-on is finally ready and complies to the copyright changes we had to make. It also includes a few exciting new features.
Copyright changes
The add-on has been offline temporarily, because we needed to change a lot of naming to comply to the required copyright changes.
Updated teams and liveries
Before this update, we had the 2018 liveries of Ford Chip Ganassi Racing. Since then, we got a lot of requests adding the 2019 liveries, so we did. You will find all four 2019 liveries in the add-on, as well as the LMGTE Am #85 Keating Motorsports car.
Balance of Performance
We also updated the balance of performance across all tracks, so they are competitive with our other cars.
